Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission is that the petitioner is similarly situated co-accused like Bisheshwar Singh and Arjun Singh and is the son of Bisheshwar Singh, who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 20.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66941 of 2021 and petitioner based on parity be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 421 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
