Aggarwal, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr. Anjani Parashar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Abhay Kumar Roy, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58539 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 the basis of materials available on record, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
