The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 37 of 2013, instituted for the offences under Section(s) 364 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which has been filed along with supplementary affidavit, wherein she has not levelled any specific allegation against this petitioner. She has levelled specific allegation against Rambabu Rai and other accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
