2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 448 , 323 , 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including this petitioner armed with gadasa and spear forcibly entered the house of informant and assaulted informant , her husband and sons due to which they sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61310 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .
