2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2022 in connection with Town (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 689 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/395/412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have looted money. He has 11 similar cases and almost all the cases are from the district of Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty politics. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in all the cases.

7. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the learned District Judge, Patna as well as learned District Judge, Vaishali through FAX-e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
