JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the injured with iron rod and other weapons.
Paragraph-22 of the case diary reveals that the injured of this case sustained four injuries and out of which; three injuries were found to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but the opinion, regarding the aforesaid injuries were kept reserved. The investigation has already been completed and police has already submitted charge sheet but it is surprising enough that the I.O. did not collect the complete injury report of the injured. Moreover, petitioners are in jail custody since 23-02-2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17854 of 2015 (4) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.
