JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ekangararai P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the main allegation is against one Rohit Thakur and petitioners have been made accused later on and injury is simple in nature.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this
