Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned official respondent in respect of grievance of the petitioner.

Such permission is granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19940 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 Accordingly, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned official respondent in the light of the fact that the petitioner has attained age of superannuation and retired from service in the month of August, 2020. If the petitioner approaches the concerned official respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, the concerned official respondent is permitted to pass a suitable order in accordance with law insofar as M.A.C.P. benefit is concerned.
