Date : 11-11-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(A) A writ of mandamus for direction to the Respondents for payment of maturity amount along with penal interest thereon pertaining to "Kisan Vikas Patra'" purchased by the petitioner in the year 1997 from Hazipur Post Office in name of his children namely Rohit Kumar and Rajani Kumari which has matured in the year 2003 for payment but the respondents authority maliciously without any legal justification withhold the maturity amount and not paid till date despite several representations given by the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15222 of 2022 dt.11-11-2022 2/2 (B) For directions to respondent authority to issue duplicate certificates of "Kisan Vikas Patra" purchased by the petitioner in 1997 from same post office, original certificates were lost due to theft in residential house for which the petitioner has lodged a Case.
(C) Any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the petitioner's case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach Respondent No. 3, namely, The Head Post Master, Hazipur, H.O, Rajendra Chowk, Gudari Bazar, Gandhi Ashram Station Road, Hazipur for venting out of his grievances. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
