The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner being the Block Teacher came to the Middle School, Sahiyara along with some other persons and abused the other teachers of the informant's school where the informant is teacher. When the informant made protest, then accused persons inflicted knife blow on his eye.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute accusation has been levelled. The injury report reflects superficial linear abrasion on left side of eye caused by finger nails. Though, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22787 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 petitioner is accused in one other case lodged for the same incident by the police.

Considering the accusation not being corroborated by the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
