The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019 in connection with Supaul Misc. Ex. 547/2019, P.R. No. 85/2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries from the road side and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
