2. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is alleged to have been killed by the petitioners and other accused persons.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no. 2 is a lady and the petitioner no. 1 is a government servant and he was in Kolkata on the date of occurrence and after knowing about the occurrence, he came

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioners have conspired to kill the deceased.

6. On this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no proof of any conspiracy.

7. Except the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no material to connect them with the crime. The petitioners are in jail since 26.05.2024.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI cum Sub Judge-XII, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S.
