The contempt application alleges wilful/deliberate disobedience of the order dated 4.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14161 of 2012 (Annexure-1) whereby the District Magistrate was directed to examine the grievance and ensure payment of the ex-gratia amount in favour of the petitioner.
Patna High Court MJC No.2041 of 2016(4) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 A show cause has been filed after service. Learned A.C. to G.P. 23 draws attention of the Court to the statement made in paragraph 4 as well as Annexure-B and submits that the order of the Court has been carried out inasmuch as the ex-gratia amount which was due and admissible has been paid to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said contention.
The contempt application is dismissed.
