Mandal University submits that in case the petitioner submits the requisite documents along with a detailed claim petition before the Committee constituted in pursuance to the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court, vide order dated 11.07.2019, passed in Contempt (C) No.1188 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from today, which may also be filed through his representative since he is bedridden, the same would definitely be considered

Patna High Court MJC No.3235 of 2019(6) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 in accordance with law and a final decision would be taken with regard to payment of the admissible amount of arrears of salary and pension, if any, within a period of three months, thereafter. It is directed, accordingly.
