JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 In view of the subsequent development and notification dated 05.02.2016 the pension of the petitioner stands corrected or revised to Rs.7520/-, a copy of which is annexed as annexure-20.

Now learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be entitled to revision of certain pay scale and grant of benefit of financial progression under the A.C.P. scheme. The Court gives liberty to the petitioner to raise such a claim before the Registrar of T. M. Bhagalpur University,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4940 of 2014 (5) dt.03-05-2016 who will have an obligation to verify the entitlement of the petitioner in terms of the prevalent notification issued by the State Government in the background of the order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 516 of 2013 and communicate to the petitioner his status in this regard. Such a decision, however, must be taken within a period of four months from the date of filing of such an application along with a copy of this order. With the above observation/direction, the writ application is disposed of.
