The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120B, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not named in the First Information Report and only material against the petitioner is that his name finds place on confessional statement of co-accused Ashutosh Sharma and in paragraph 12 of the case diary which is vivid description that his figure finds place in C.C. T.V. footage after occurrence, the petitioner has taken money from the pocket of the victim.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Patna City,District- Patna, in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015. m.p.
