The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34, 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected. He has filed the present bail application on the ground of the deposition of P.W.2 not supported the prosecution story. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the official witness has not been examined as yet.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer
