Patna High Court CWJC No.13059 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/3 seeking the following relief:- "1.To direct the Circle Officer, Manigachi, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 3) to initiate appropriate proceeding under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and upon finding the encroachment, if any, done by the private Respondent i.e., respondents No. 6 to 13 then to remove the same over Survey Plot No. 1940 and 1941 situated in Mauza-Bhandarisaon, within village Makranda, ward No. 7 Puwari Tola, Block, P.O. and P.S.- Manigachi, District- Darbhanga." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Manigachhi, DistrictDarbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Manigachhi, District-Darbhanga, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.13059 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 3/3 shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
