1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, in compliance of the order dated 01.05.2024, are present in the Court.

4. The opposite party no. 2, who is present in the Court, submits that she presently is working as a Panchayat Teacher at Loriya, Rajkiya Prathmik Vidyalaya, Padron.

5. The petitioner, who is also present in person, submits that he works as Sales Executive for an Insurance Company, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58257 of 2023(4) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Sri Ram Insurance at Muzaffarpur.

6. The parties jointly submits that since they are working at different places, hence, dispute arose in between them but then the parties have resolved their dispute amicably and it has been decided that opposite party no. 2 shall visit the petitioner in holidays, likewise the petitioner will also come and bring the opposite party no. 2 to her matrimonial home in holidays.

7. The opposite party no. 2, at this stage, submits that she does not oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

8. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1296C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
