The learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take necessary steps for conversion of First Appeal into Miscellaneous Appeal but inspite of sufficient time granted no step has been taken in this regard.

No one is present on behalf of the appellant. On 02.02.2018 also no one was present on behalf of the appellant but for the ends of justice two weeks time was allowed but inspite of that today also no one has turned up. It reveals that the appellant has lost interest in this appeal, resulting no one is turning up to take proper step.

In the result, this appeal is hereby dismissed for default.
