The petitioner seeks bail in Rangra O.P. (Gopalpur) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with other co-accused made firing on the informant and his family members, but nobody sustained injury. Petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
