5. This application has been filed for restoration of

Patna High Court MJC No.2449 of 2023(5) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 S.A.No.12 of 2021, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 21.04.2023, which was eventually complied according to the petitioners.

6. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this petition explaining omission on part of the petitioners, the same is allowed and S.A.No.12 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
