1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment over the land of the petitioners bearing Khesra No. 6027, New Khata No. 1854, Area- 80 decimal situated at Mauza Village Pahi Tol (Vidya Tol), P.S.- Pandaul, District- Madhubani, which have been encroached by private respondent Nos. 7 to 11.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to move before the District Magistrate, Madhubani (Respondent No. 2), in accordance with law.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani (Respondent No. 2) within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioners file their representation along with all the necessary documents and details in support of this claim within the stipulated time, the District Magistrate, Madhubani (Respondent No. 2) shall dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within
