This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 363, 364, 366(A), 372, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and sister of Md. Sakil against whom there is allegation of kidnapping.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
