JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2016 Petitioners being married and unmarried sisters of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand and disposing of the dead body.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family including the petitioners and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim.
