The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of land dispute. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting due to which the informant and others sustained injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, a counter case has also been filed and both the parties have sustained injury. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2022 having clean antecedent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61822 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 156 of 2022 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
