The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Silicon Project India Limited a non-banking institution having its branch office at Araria, allegedly, cheated the informant and others by not refunding the deposited amount along with the promised interest.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR nor he was working in Araria Branch Office.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13781 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/Successor Court in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) Police Station Case No. 684 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
