The petitioner is accused in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.293 of 2012 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 27.01.2014 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29314 of 2013 with observation to the trial Court to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, within one year, while more than one year has already been elapsed but till today only four witnesses have been examined, which would appear from the order dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Addl. Dist. & Sessions Judge-III, Rosera, Samastipur. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2013.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18996 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 293 of 2012. Out of two sureties, one surety must be close relatives/parents of the petitioner.
