By order dated 05.03.2020, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench (then his Lordship was) of this Court with condition that he will treat the opposite party no. 2 and her children in good manner. By order dated 21.10.2021, the status report in compliance of the order dated 05.03.2020 was called for from the court below.

From perusal of the report, it appears that the petitioner, Firoz Khan has not complied with the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58712 of 2019(6) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 05.03.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been reported that the petitioner has not co-operated in the disposal of the trial and did not make himself available whenever required by the Court. Even, he did not submit the regular bail bond as directed by learned I/c court vide order dated 06.06.2020. Thereafter, the bail bonds of all the accused persons have been cancelled and non-bailable warrant against all the accused persons has been ordered to be issued.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and coupled with the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Court, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is hereby cancelled.
