This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the only material against the petitioner is the self confessional statement before the police which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.
