Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank informs that entire claimed amount on account of non-payment of retiral dues has been credited into the bank account of the petitioner being A/c No. 2392459892. It has been informed by the petitioner that after the death of the first wife of the deceased employee, petitioner is entitled for family pension and the same has been denied.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority who will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and take a final decision to sanction so that the payments are made within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of.
