Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18362 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2/2 unauthorizedly by petitioner Shambhu Kumar Ray alias Shambhu Ray having been purchased from the dealer petitioner Anjana Verma.

Having heard Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel in support of the anticipatory bail applications, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners, namely, Shambhu Kumar Ray alias Shambhu Ray and Anjana Verma be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Nirmali P.S.
