The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the accused persons assaulted on the head and noise of the informant with dagger. The impugned order reflects the injury has been found to be grievous.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of assault is against the other person. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24053 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.15/2016, pending before the learned CJM, Madhubani. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
