2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to Opposite party No.2 by order dated 09.06.2016 passed by learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 01 of 2016.

3. Certain technical issues are being raised for cancellation of bail, which are not at all tenable. It has also been submitted that the Opposite party No.2 is not appearing in the Court below on the dates fixed. If that be so, the Court below may cancel his bail on the said ground, to ensure his appearance.

4. I do not find any merit in this application. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
