Seen the desired report submitted by the learned lower court. It is pitiable condition that District and Sessions Judge who is himself competent to deal with the situation, has become puppet at the hands of administration by which a hindrance is found in between smooth sailing of the trial. As such, the District and Sessions Judge is directed to take effective step in accordance with law for the production of the accused on each and every date and on that score, there should not be an adjournment. In likewise manner there should be attendance of the witness. However, taking into account the disclosure made in the report with regard to expected time of six months whereunder trial is likely to be concluded, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19995 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 hereby rejected. If the trial is not concluded within stipulated period of six months then in that event petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
