Petitioner having been reinstated his arrears of wages has not been paid in the light of said stay order. In the circumstances, the contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.1410 of 2015 dt.14-10-2015 application for non-payment of arrears of wages appears to be misconceived as counsel for the State states that arrears of wages to the petitioner shall be subject to result of the S.L.P. pending in the Supreme Court. It is also stated by him that no sooner the S.L.P. is disposed of and direction to pay arrears of wages is not interfered with, the entire arrears of wages of the petitioner shall be paid within one month of the disposal of the matter by the Supreme Court.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the State Mr. Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad, Assistant Counsel to Standing Counsel No. 3, the contempt application is disposed of.
