The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 1332/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 31.05.2016 the case was referred to Mediation Centre for settlement of dispute. Mediation Centre reported that the dispute has already been resolved between the parties and compromise agreement is also prepared, but due to absence of petitioner no. 2 he did not put his signature on the agreement paper. Petitioner no. 2 shall also put his signature and it has been reported that dispute has been settled between the parties.

No.24322 of 2016 (3) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1332/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
