Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 186 of 2015 registered under Section 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier complaint and petitioners used to live together and the complainant had willingly executed the sale deed. On instigation of family member, this false case has been lodged by the complainant. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.24885 of 2016 (13) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 186 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
