2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 95/2023 registered on 06.03.2023 for the offenses punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, recovery of a total of 1260 liters of illicit liquor is the subject matter of the present case.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the said recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioners. The name of the petitioners has

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners have serious criminal antecedent and at the time of considering the bail application of the petitioner their criminal antecedent must be taken into consideration.

6. In this background, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 95/23 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
