Case No. 05 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

In the F.I.R. there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he gave knife blow on the person of the daughter of the informant.

In view of specific accusation against the petitioner, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail

The petition stands dismissed.
