2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 24.07.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge 4th, Saran in connection with B.P. No.997 of 2023 arising out of Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.186 of 2023.

3. After some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the court concerned for taking the final injury report on record.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
