2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 instituted under Sections 364-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has participated in the kidnapping of the victim. He has been caught on the spot along with other criminals and the victim was recovered from them.

4. The police caught five criminals namely, Dilkhush Kumar, Abhimanyu Kumar, Nanhaku Kumar, Anjani Kumar and Bablu Kumar along with the kidnapped victim. One of the criminals who participated in the crime ran away. The petitioner is the criminal who participated in the crime and had ran away. He is named in the FIR.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the criminals who has kidnapped the victim for ransom, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks. If the petitioner does not surrender within two weeks, the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa will take all steps for arresting the petitioner who is the mastermind of the kidnapping case in which victim from Haryana was kidnapped.
