Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.3.2014 in a case registered under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he took huge amount from several persons on pretext to provide job to them.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 23.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25850/2014 directing the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner but up till now, trial of the petitioner could not be concluded. However, taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Ram, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court in Pirbahore P.S.
