JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is printed in the daily cause list.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that an identical matter came up for consideration before another Bench, of course at the behest of another petitioner, but that writ petition was dismissed. The matter was taken to LPA Court and ultimately the LPA was also dismissed. However, the orders passed in the connected matters have not been brought on record.

Be that as it may, since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16661 of 2009 (4) dt.03-02-2015 The interim order of stay passed on 02.12.2009 by a Bench of this Court stands vacated.
