JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 The petitioner is wife of Mithilesh Chauhan and she has filed the application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to her husband vide order dated 10.08.2022 in Cr. Misc No. 3643 of 2022.

While considering the bail petition of the O.P. No. 2, it was observed that the FIR shows itself that a female child was born only after three months of the marriage and it was the reason that the petitioner refused to keep the victim with him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the date of marriage has wrongly been typed in the FIR as 27.04.2020 in place of 27.04.2019.
