2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution story, informant suspects that all the accused persons including this petitioner committed the murder of his son. It is alleged that prior to the occurrence, accused persons have threatened the informant to kill his son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Informant is not eye witness of the occurrence. Except suspicion, there is no any other material to show the connivance of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering period of custody, her prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur/Successor Court in Pusa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025.
