The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1351(C)/2017, registered under Sections 420, 468 and 418/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Mukesh Kumar, who used to reside at the house of complainant-opposite party no. 2, asked to the husband of complainant, Ram Lakhan Rai, for execution of registered rent deed. Thereafter, husband of the complainant-O. P. No. 2 was accompanied by Mukesh Kumar, who got executed the sale deed in pretest to execute the rent deed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits since

No.54318 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 petitioner was known to husband of the complainant-opposite party no. 2 and Mukesh Kumar due to that reason, he put his signature as witness on the sale deed executed by the husband of the complainant-opposite party no. 2 in favour of Mukesh Kumar, but with ulterior motive, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1351(C)/2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
