JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and perused the trial court's report dated 31.1.2022. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on 6.4.2021 (Annexure 1).

Trial court's report dated 31.1.2022 reveals that the case has been committed on 31.1.2022 to the Court of sessions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 8.6.2020.

Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, progress of the trial and period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
