JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Perused the impugned order dated 04.05.2016 passed by Sub Judge I, Birpur in L.A. Case No.1 of 2012. This L.A. case arises out of a reference under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act. The petitioner filed application for calling for the record of L.A. Case No.10 of 2011/26 of 2012. The Court below has held that since this application arises out of a reference and the point to be decided is, to whom the compensation is to be paid, the record sought to be called for is not required at this stage and has rejected the application. In view of the above finding, in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction, the impugned order needs no interference. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
