Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol, three live cartridges as well as one charger are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who does have criminal antecedent of 25 cases. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case no. 22/2016 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
